Turkey Burger with Fried Egg and Truffle Burger Sauce
Whether you're hosting a summer barbecue or whipping up a healthy dinner on a weeknight, a turkey burger is a great option. With only a quarter of the fat of a traditional beef burger but just as much protein, a turkey burger is a tasty, light meal that will still leave you feeling full and satisfied.

~10 min cook time
Preheat your grill, or heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan on the stove.
Season six ounces of ground turkey with salt and pepper, mix well, then form into a patty.
Place burger patty on grill or in pan and cook for three minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Remove burger from heat and let rest for five minutes. Melt cheese on burger if desired.
Prepare burger sauce by combining ketchup, truffle hot sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
Next, add two tablespoons of butter to a sauté pan. Once it's melted, crack the egg into the pan and cook for approximately two minutes on each side.
Toast a brioche bun on the grill, in a hot pan, in the toaster, or in the oven.
Assemble your burger by spreading the sauce on the bun, then placing your cooked patty on the bun and topping it with the egg. Add any other toppings you’d like, such as pickles, sliced tomato, sliced onions, and lettuce.
