Food Rocket is an application that provides customers with on-demand 10-15-minute grocery delivery without the delivery fee or minimum order requirements from our dark stores within a 1-mile radius. We are bringing a completely new grocery buying experience to our customers by replacing regular stores. We are looking to add to our team high-energy, part-time and full-time Courier Driver. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethics, flexibility, outstanding customer service skills and desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Load and deliver grocery products to our customers.
- Products must arrive undamaged and in the condition they were loaded in.
- Ability to drive a company e-bike or e-scooter.

Responsibilities

• You own the fulfillment center and delivery operations completely for your site.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead a team of leaders - Hire & Develop the Best.
• Oversee the operations riders across the country.
• Devise a strategy of scaling the rider operations team in the US - hiring riders, meet the 10 min SLA and keep our rider crew happy.
• Launch and support various initiatives from onboarding new riders to improving rider motivation through rider incentives, etc.
• Own and standardize rider fleets of e-scooters and e-bikes.
• Own and standardize rider safety equipment, bags and gears.
• Ensure we have enough rider equipment at every FC to perform the delivery functions.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and execute projects to improve rider performance (growth, delivery time) continuously.
• Analyzing performance through dashboards measuring KPIs/ metrics such as Rider cost per order, Rider Utilization Rate, etc.
• Plan, direct, and manage various components of rider operations including onboarding, shift management, route planning and delivery efficiency.
• Ensure that we have enough riders at all times (this includes making sure that we have enough riders as we expand/ launch new locations).
• Ensuring high rider quality through training and performance management. Create and implement plans to improve the rider performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2C or ecommerce, ideally working directly with last mile logistics.
• Strong understanding of last mile logistics and a willingness to disrupt it.
